Our first experience with Dave's on the suggestion of my mother-in-law. Our kid's vehicle was leaking oil and we were looking for a new garage to take a look at it. Dave's provided a comprehensive run-through of all the issues with the car (beyond the oil leak, they found some other safety-related issues we had no idea about) and an estimate for each service, all done via text message with photos. Brian followed up with a phone call to see if I had any questions. We narrowed it down to the very important issues and authorized the work. It was all done very timely (within 2 days) and for the agreed-upon cost. Maybe not the least expensive shop, but you get what you pay for. They did a great job and we'll definitely be repeat customers.
