I have been going to Dave’s for over a decade and have had nothing but professional service that has prolonged the lives of my vehicles.

i took my truck their for an oil leak because it failed its inspection. When i got my truck back, it gained a check engine light, and the aux & usb no longer worked. im highly dissapointed especially because my friends who know more about how to work on trucks and cars said the amount I payed was very high compared to normal. I used affirm because it was so much money that i didnt have im paying just as much as my truck bill monthly to pay off this repair. this has left me stressed out and scared to bring my truck in anywhere because i literrally gained a check engine light & lost aux for over $5k. im only 21 and run my own business , me and my family want to see me gain independence but its felt impossible ever since this happened

Dear Thaddeus, We truly understand how frustrating and overwhelming this situation must feel, especially when you're working hard to build independence and run your own business. We had a conversation via text with you regarding this and you stated you would bring the truck back in so our Techs could look at it, it’s absolutely what we wanted you do to. We’re sorry to hear that you're disappointed. When your vehicle came in, it was for a significant oil leak, and it was in need of brakes as the rear pads were cracking and the front was worn. Our team carefully assessed and performed the necessary repairs to address that issue which included an Oil Filter Housing Adapter as well as replaced the Front and Rear Brakes totaling $2558.79. We stand by the work that was completed. The cost reflected both the complexity of the job, and the parts and labor involved, but we understand it was a big financial commitment (not a $5,000 one but still a sizeable expense) — especially at your age — and we never take that lightly. Regarding the check engine light and the AUX/USB concerns, we want to clarify that those were not present during our final checks after repairs were completed. We would be more than willing to inspect those new issues and determine what’s going on as offered in the text conversation with you on April 16th and you stated you would bring it in soon. It's important to us that you feel supported and confident bringing your truck in for service, and we’d like to help you resolve these concerns. They are the nicest people you can ever meet. They go above and beyond. Their shuttle service is great. For us we have even had them pick up and bring back our cars. The work is high quality. Definitely worth every penny!!!

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new garage. They are in my neighborhood so I thought I'd give them a try for my Forester's inspection. This was by far the most stress-free experience I’ve ever had with a shop. After checking my car they sent me a link with a detailed list with photos and explanations for each recommended or necessary service. I loved that I could approve or decline items directly—no pressure at all. They even gave me a call to make sure I understood everything and didn’t have any questions. Their prices were very reasonable, and the whole process felt transparent and honest. I was able to pay online. I noticed they offer a pickup and drop-off service, which I’ll definitely consider using next time. If you want a place that makes you feel respected as a customer not just as a dollar sign, and who has gone out of their way to make car maintence as convenient as possible then I highly recommend Dave's.

Recently had my first service done with Daves and it was a very quick, easy and pleasant experience. I called to schedule, the service rep was welcoming, quickly git me set up, even offering their free car pick up and drop off service. They text me in the morning to confirm my car was ready for pick up and when it was all done they confirmed it was being brought back. They kept in touch by text about service recommendations, the text links were easy to follow and the payment process was a breeze. Im usually a pretty social person who doesnt mind interacting with others but the remote interaction I had with Daves was so convenient. I appreciate the Thank You card that was sitting on my seat when I got in my car later that day. The work was done well and thoroughly, I will definitely be back for future services!
