I recently had my 2010 Civic in for inspection service. During the inspection BJ informed me that one of my rear shocks had started to leak. BJ recommended a replacement pair. I had the shocks replaced to find that one of the shocks seemed to have an issue. Scott said just bring it back in and we'll install two brand new ones, no problem. It turns out that the shock in question was an out-of-box-failure. The guys at Dave's were very accommodating as I had stated that I could not give up the car for a second day. They had me come in whenever I wanted and they squeezed my warranty repair into their already busy day without hesitation. Thanks again guys for taking care of everything so promptly.
