Second time using Dave's and have had a great experience both times this year (inspection then synthetic oil change). They pick up my vehicle from work and bring it back before the end of the shift. So convenient and no need to sit while you wait at other places for an oil change. The driver's are so nice with great customer service. The online invoice and service sections (filter, tire status, etc) with the ability to approve or decline needed/recommended services is so great. Looking forward to continue using Dave's for my car maintenance.

Great experience. Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable. They were so organized from start to finish, even offering to pick up and drop off my car. I was also offered a ride home after dropping off my car. I have always gone to my dealership for inspections and service but they could not get me in timely. Dave’s was able to get me in within a few days. Needless to say, I will now continue to have my car serviced at Dave’s from now on. I was extremely pleased and very impressed with everything.

The Best Customer Service. I recently moved relatively close to the shop and they picked up my vehicle and returned with services completed and the car mint. I was able to pay online once they sent me the invoice which was very clear and direct. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a forward thinking auto shop. The whole experience was very efficient and hospitable. Easy communication and even a nice thank you when all was said and done with a note inside the vehicle.

I’m so glad I found Dave’s Automotive! When my car wouldn’t start, we dropped it off — and by the next morning, they sent a clear quote and got right to work. They replaced the starter motor and handled some overdue maintenance. The service was fast, friendly, and super professional. Highly recommend!
