While my truck recently failed the safety inspection, I was actually pleased with how thorough they were documenting everything they checked, and while not happy it failed, they were correct to fail it so I can repair it and have it driving correctly again. Note I realized something wasn't quite correct but now I have positive confirmation so I'm appreciative of their attention to detail. I also had them service my transmission while there and it seems they did a very clean and professional job. They even delivered my truck back to my house as I couldn't get there in time to pick it up. Very professional business. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Took RDX in for a possible electrical short causing security alarm to randomly go off, and back window to go down on its own and stay down while unable to raise window back up. Dave’s Automotive offered timely service and addressed the issue as promised. Though no specific problem was not found after a complete diagnosis was performed. They were unable to identify any problem for the alarm never went off again and the rear window was fully working during the time they had the Acura RDX in the shop. So after explaining the results they offered to keep the RDX over the weekend in their service building to see if the issue might arise again over time. When Monday came no further issues or concerns arose? So RDX was returned to me and they even delivered it to my home! Really happy with the service and care taken with my vehicle and the total professional service they offered & performed for me. They really cared about helping me, the entire service staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Thanks Brian and staff at Dave’s Automotive. Though no short or any other issue was identified, I believe they they went over and beyond in helping me. The RDX is running well and no issues have popped up again.
